At Clipping Beast, we build long-term partnerships with eCommerce brands, studios, and agencies. We stand behind our craftsmanship and are committed to delivering 100% pixel-perfect images. Because our products are custom digital services, traditional physical returns do not apply. Instead, we offer a transparent satisfaction guarantee & refund policy.

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We work until you are satisfied. If our delivered images do not match your provided instructions or quality standards:

You are entitled to free revisions within 14 days of receiving your edited files.
Revision requests are prioritised by our editing team to ensure your project timeline stays on track.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Full or Partial Refund

We issue refunds under the following clear conditions:

Non-Delivery / Missed Deadlines: If we fail to deliver your project within the agreed-upon Turnaround Time (TAT) and an extension is not approved by you, you are eligible for a full refund.
Order Cancellation: You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before we begin editing your files.
Unresolved Quality Issues: If, after reasonable revision attempts, the delivered work still fails to meet your original brief due to our mistake, you are eligible for a full or partial refund based on the affected images.
Overpayment or Duplicate Charges: Any technical errors resulting in double charges will be refunded immediately in full.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

To maintain fairness for our hand-editing production team, refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

Change of Mind or Brief: Requesting changes that were not included in the original project brief after work has been completed.
Low-Quality Original Files: Quality issues arising directly from extremely low-resolution, damaged, or corrupted raw files uploaded by the client (where proper editing was technically impossible).
Work Already Approved: Once you have formally approved the final files and downloaded them for production use.
Free Trial Services: Free trial edits carry $0 monetary value and are non-refundable/non-compensable.
Client-Caused Delays: Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by incomplete instructions or late responses from the client.

4. How to Request a Refund (Fast-Track Process)

We handle refund requests swiftly with zero bureaucracy:

Send an email to contact@clippingbeast.com with the subject: Refund Request – [Order ID].
Attach a brief explanation and, if applicable, screenshots of the affected images showing where our work failed to meet the original instructions.
Our Client Support Manager will review and respond to your claim within 1 business day.

5. Refund Timeline & Payment Methods

Approval: Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
Processing Time: The funds will be returned to your original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, Stripe, or bank wire) within a timeframe of 3 to 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Refund Method: Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
