“Services” refers to professional photo editing services, including Clipping Path, Image Masking, High-End Retouching, Ghost Mannequin, Shadow Creation, and Amazon Product Listing optimization.
2. Scope of Services
Clipping Beast provides professional digital image editing and graphic design services based on the specifications provided by the client through email, file-sharing links (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer), or other approved communication channels.
3. Free Trial Policy

We offer a limited free trial (typically up to 2 images) to allow prospective clients to evaluate our quality.

Clipping Beast reserves the right to reject, modify, or terminate free trial requests at our sole discretion if abuse, fraud, or spam is suspected.
4. Pricing, Quotations, and Payment Terms

Quotes: Quotations are provided based on the complexity, volume, and specific instructions of the images submitted. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance.

Invoicing & Payment: Payments must be made via our approved payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.) according to the agreed terms (e.g., pay-per-order or monthly billing for enterprise clients).

Late Payments: Failure to pay for completed work on time may result in the suspension of ongoing services and the withholding of high-resolution deliverables.
5. Turnaround Time (TAT) and Delivery

We strive to deliver projects within the mutually agreed timeframe (typically 12–24 hours).

While we make every effort to meet deadlines, Clipping Beast is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen technical failures, server outages, or incomplete/ambiguous client instructions.
6. Revisions and Quality Satisfaction

We offer free revisions if the delivered work fails to match the original instructions provided by the client.

Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of file delivery. Revisions requested due to a change in the client’s initial instructions or creative direction may incur additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Client Ownership: You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all original images and intellectual property submitted to us.

License to Process: By submitting images, you grant Clipping Beast a temporary, non-exclusive license to store, process, and modify the images solely for fulfilling the requested order.

Portfolio Rights: Unless you notify us in writing via email that you do not wish your images to be used, Clipping Beast may display non-confidential “Before and After” samples of edited images in our portfolio and marketing materials. Images protected by an NDA or other confidentiality agreement will never be used without your prior written consent.
8. Client Responsibilities and Indemnification

You warrant and represent that you own the copyright or have explicit legal authorization to use, modify, and distribute all images and materials submitted to us.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clipping Beast from any claims, legal actions, copyright infringement suits, or damages arising from unauthorized use of submitted images.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clipping Beast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA/United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
